Hello, my name is Becky Bailey, I am a LMSW. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in 2020 with a master’s in social work. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University. I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 11 years before obtaining my master’s degree. As a CNA, I worked within long term care, hospice, and in a hospital. I have had lots of exposure working with mental health crisis. I am currently working as a counselor in the Payette and Caldwell areas of Idaho. I believe that almost everyone would benefit from counseling during their lifetime.
I enjoy the outdoors and spending time in the mountains hiking, swimming, camping, and fishing. I am married with two children. My son is an adult in the Navy and my daughter is a junior in high school. I grew up in Caldwell and have stayed in the treasure valley area as an adult.

Location: Tele-therapy only for now
Interests: Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Family Issues, Adjustment Disorders
Therapies: CBT, Strength
Hello! I graduated from Boise State University with a master’s degree in Social Work. Prior to obtaining my MSW, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (also from BSU), with a minor in Psychology. I later obtained my clinical license (LCSW). I absolutely LOVE my career choice, and I enjoy working with people of all ages. I have found that I enjoy helping people with almost any issue with which they may be struggling, and I believe in meeting a person where they are. I use a strengths-based approach to assist my clients in resolving issues, and I believe strongly that each individual is the #1 expert in his/her/their own life.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and pets, listening to music, singing in the shower/car, reading, working on whatever craft I’m currently into (right now it’s canvas painting!), spending time in the mountains or at the ocean, traveling, and watching movies. I adore my family and friends, and I also truly enjoy meeting/learning about new people. I believe that our purpose in life includes making connections with others and helping one another, and that is what I try to do to the best of my ability.

Interests: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Crisis/Suicidal Ideation, LGBTQ+
Therapies: ACT, DBT, Play Group, Solution Focused, EMDR
I am Kristen Coltrin, and I am a proud graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with a master’s in social work, specializing in community mental health and addictions. The theory I most align with is Systems Theory - which basically means that I believe there are many factors that lead to the way we think and interact with the world. Biology, upbringing, friends, culture, where we live – all these things contribute to our experience. Learning is always on my agenda as I try to keep up with new research and modes of therapy. There is no “one size fits all” theory, so I like to cater sessions to your needs and preferences.
I have extensive experience in crisis management and suicide prevention, having worked and volunteered for the Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline. I am happy to be a resource for suicide prevention education and have been providing introductory training for clergy/church leaders to help congregation members who suffer from depression and/or suicidal thoughts. I have also provided therapy in schools, inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, and drug, alcohol, and eating disorder rehabilitation facilities. My office is a safe place for you to express your thoughts and challenges. I believe that we can work together to create a healthier mindset and awareness of your strengths and values, which will help you lead a more satisfying life and improve your relationships with others.

My name is Courtney Stimpson, I absolutely love providing counseling services to individuals and families in need. I have experience with crisis intervention, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I have had the opportunity to work as a mental health therapist at several counseling agencies as well as working as a therapist at the Behavioral Health Center for Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I use a range of therapeutic techniques that are tailored to meet your specific needs. My goal is to provide you with a positive counseling experience and help you through any challenges life may throw at you.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family playing games, being outdoors, gardening, and going for drives. I love helping people through life challenges, I enjoy watching people learn and grow, and I am committed to helping you fullfil your goals.
I have 17+ years working with individuals and families who have a variety of problems: painful relationships, impaired self-esteem, trauma related symptoms, acting out behaviors, and general feelings of unhappiness and/or anxiety. I respect my clients’ competencies and invite your full participation in the healing process: identifying, facing, and overcoming the obstacles that stand between you and the achievement of the goals you have set.
My counseling approach is based on several different theories. We may analyze the dynamics within your family system and the roles people play within your family. With increased awareness you can choose healthier ways of dealing with conflict or distress. I may assist you in processing small and/or big traumas that trigger or drive unhealthy thinking and behaving. These processes can and often do release a host of feelings such as anger, guilt, sadness, and fear. These reactions will be temporary and you should expect that experiencing mixed feelings will be a part of the therapy process. I may use a variety of different techniques based on these theories and will rely on your feedback to know if a certain technique is helpful
