Thank you for your interest in our services! I am Sandi Abegg and  I have been a mental health professional for more than twenty-eight years. My work as a counselor has included private practice, working with victims of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, and with individuals suffering from PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder).

Cailah Cox, LMSW

I am a graduate from Boise State University with a Licensed Master’s in Social Work. I work with both children and adults focusing on areas including: depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, grief, and gender/sexuality. Counseling is a vulnerable process and I am committed to walk alongside you on that journey. What brings me the greatest joy is being a part of the change process that leads individuals and their families to growth and healing.
In my spare time I love being in the great outdoors camping, hiking, and fishing. Being in nature replenishes my soul. I also love spending time with my dogs and quality time with my friends and family. I look forward to the opportunity of learning about you and your concerns.

My practice has also included more than twelve years as a crisis worker for Malheur County,  working with the children, families, and staff of the Headstart program and more than twenty years in the prison system.

I have maintained a private practice throughout my career as a mental health professional and am grateful for the opportunity to also align myself with the staff of Insight Counseling and Therapy, a positive and caring group of professionals

Hobbies: I love music – singing, composing and recording, and have implemented music in my mental health practice.  I love the outdoors - camping, hiking and fishing. And I love working with people!
