LMSW

I often use a solution-focused therapy combined with Cognitive behavioral therapy; however, this changes often based on the individual. My goal is to help clients achieve their mental health goals starting from where they are. I feel it is vital to build human connections during the therapeutic process to help my clients see what they are capable of accomplishing. I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional. I will graduate in December 2022 with my Master’s in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University. I obtained my Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science with a minor in early childhood psychology from Ashford University in 2018. I enjoy working with trauma, especially domestic violence. I have worked with offenders of domestic violence; as well as the victims of domestic and sexual abuse. I have also ran a support group for Elders who have experienced domestic violence. In my free time I enjoy reading, playing video games, spending time with my children, paddle boarding, and exploring new places.
