Hi, my name is Rebecca Richardson. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I am a big believer. I believe we all have strengths. I believe that I can help clients find tools to achieve great results. A central part of my belief and approach is client-lead therapy. As such, I believe in you! I believe in getting to know you, and in finding out what works best to integrate lasting habits and tools into your everyday life. My belief is strengthened by the individuals I have worked with over the years, in many different settings. Whether that be during my volunteer or work experience. These experiences have included working with children and adults who have experienced a variety of traumas and other challenges.
