LMSW

I believe in a strength-based approach when working with clients to empower them. My aim is to support you in exploring your experiences, family patterns, and the mind-body connection to bring understanding to the impacts of each. I earned my Master’s of Social Work from Walla Walla University. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Idaho. I am currently pursuing supervision to obtain my  clinical license (LCSW). I have experience working with adolescents and adults who've experienced trauma throughout their lifetime. I've held various positions in the mental health field; counseling, community-based rehabilitation, case management, social worker, and peer support.  I work  to support clients in developing alternative and more effective skills with processing and coping with challenges they are experiencing.  I have experience working with adolescents and adults with childhood trauma and persistent mental disorders. I believe in the mix of the evidence-based therapy modalities when working with clients.
