Chief Operating Officer & Clinical Director

I’ve been part of the Insight Counseling & Therapy team since 2019 and currently serve as both the Chief Operating Officer and Clinical Director. In addition to overseeing our day-to-day operations, I have the privilege of leading our Intern Program, where I support and mentor future mental health professionals as they grow in their clinical work.

I received my Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) and have experience working with clients from preteens through adulthood. In sessions, I use a blend of therapeutic approaches to meet each person where they are, helping them navigate challenges and discover their own strengths. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
