to turn to can make all the difference. I provide a warm, calming environment to discover your

strengths, develop new skills, and foster a more positive outlook on life.

Healing looks different for everyone—what does it look like for you? I draw from a wide range of

evidence-based techniques to tailor our work to your unique needs. Whether we’re focusing on

building confidence, strengthening self-esteem, or developing coping strategies, I aim to equip

you with effective interventions that support your growth.

Therapy takes courage. Reaching out is a powerful first step. I’m here to support you through

your struggles and your triumphs as we work together to reach your goals.


I take an open and flexible approach, always looking to learn and grow alongside you. I pull

from different methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and

many others, depending on what works best for you. My goal is to support you in making real

progress and feeling more grounded and empowered along the way.


I offer therapy session in-person or online via video, whichever feels right for you


Age Groups: I see teens to elderly both individuals and couples.


Interests: Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum, Religious deconstruction, Faith Transition,

Self-esteem, Trauma.
