Emily Fox

LMSW, QMHP

Hi, my name is Emily, and I look forward to working with you! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University, with a focus on clinical mental health. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in health promotion, human services, and criminal justice from the College of Idaho.

I enjoy working with both children and older adults, and I value creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered in their personal growth. I believe therapy isn’t always about finding a “solution” but about developing practical skills and resilience to better navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients build tools to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and foster self-compassion.

I take a person-centered and strength-based approach, often blending in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to fit what works best for you! Above all, I want to walk alongside you as you learn, grow, and move toward the life you want.
