Erica Kilbashian

MSW

Hello! I’m Erica! I’m a military veteran and a graduate of the University of Denver with a Master's in Social Work specializing in mental health and trauma. I am committed to guiding individuals through their journey of healing and self-discovery. With a diverse professional background, I have had the privilege of working with people and clients across various age groups and backgrounds. From adolescents navigating anxiety to adults coping with trauma, I approach counseling from a holistic and humanistic perspective, prioritizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. In addition to traditional therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), I am certified in sound healing, tuning fork therapy, and other holistic practices. My goal is to create a nurturing and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight into their experiences, and cultivate the resilience needed to overcome challenges and lead more fulfilling lives.
