I use a variety of theoretical approaches in my practice to meet the needs of the clients assigned to me.  My approach is to meet the individual needs of the client by empathizing with their concerns and working to find a solution that will help them to move towards healing and finding health and wholeness in their lives.   I am a licensed practicing counselor.  I graduated from Capella University in June of 2016 with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, licensed by the Idaho Board of License Counselors (LCPC 7660) I hold a certificate as a Master in Addiction Counseling through NAADAC and a CADC III in Oregon. I am also a Certified Chaplain and  trained in EMDR.  I am a part-time counselor serving clients and their families for a variety of mental health concerns. 


Age group: Adolescent- Adult


Interests: Primarily Adults & Elderly as well as Teenagers 


Therapies: EMDR, CADC-3, SUD, CBT, Grief & Loss, Spirituality
