Jenifer Kitchens

I believe we all have strengths that can help us overcome our weaknesses.  I help people identify and develop their own personal strengths to overcome whatever life dishes up.

I graduated from The College of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Capella University with a Master of Science in Human Services with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, stages, and experiences.  I have worked with people with severe and persistent mental illness, stage of life issues, relationship issues, and times of stress and trauma. I also work with children in a variety of capacities helping them learn coping, communication, boundary-setting skills. I have also worked with adults and children with developmental delays.  


Age group: 5- Adulthood


Interests: Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Severe & Persistent Mental illness, Behavior Problems
