Kay Ryan

LPC

Hello! My name is Kay Ryan, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with emphasis in play therapy and trauma from Northwest Nazarene University.

Seeking therapy is a big step and I know it can feel scary and intimidating. I believe that therapy can be beneficial for everyone, especially with the right therapist. In my work, I believe that connection

is key, and I utilize a relational and humanistic perspective to provide my clients with a space in which they feel supported, safe, and able to move towards healing and self-discovery. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of different settings and with many different mental health needs, and I like to utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that utilizes each individual strengths, needs, and abilities in order to help them effect the change they desire in their lives.
