LMSW

I believe that everyone can benefit from counseling at some point in their life;  depending on what life throws at them. Everyone has strengths and they can overcome the challenges through the difficult times in their lives. I enjoy helping people find those strengths, help them create a more satisfying life, while building healthy relationships and connections. I have worked with children, teenagers, parents, and families in different settings and roles for seven years. I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of issues including those with depression, anxiety, self esteem matters, suicide ideation and school issues.  Assisting parents navigate their parenting skills, helping families, couples and individuals build healthy relationships, and social skills.  My goal is to provide you with a positive counseling experience and help you navigate challenges that you may be experiencing.

I am an LMSW; and graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in 2019 with a Master's Degree in Social Work, specializing in integrating community mental health and addictions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University.
